COMPANY PROFILE
United Helicharters Private Limited (UHPL) is a subsidiary of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited, which holds 89.99% ownership in the company. The minority stake in the company is held by the prestigious Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QGPC).
UHPL provides Air Logistic services for most of the public and private sector companies in the Oil and Gas industry in India. Besides Mumbai, the company operates out of their other bases located on the West and East Coast of India.
UHPL (current and whilst with the permits of partner companies) fleet has logged over 62000 flying ours till date. In recognition of its achievement of safety record of the highest standards, Bell Helicopters Textron awarded UHPL with a “Certificate of Recognition” for achieving the highest safety record in India for two consecutive years in 2007 and 2008.
The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for Operations and Maintenance Services of helicopters. UHPL is also certified by DGCA of India to maintain the helicopters under CAR-145 / CAR-M.

The Board comprises of eminent persons, who are veterans in the field of Aviation and Oil & Gas Industry. Mr. Syed is a veteran professional with extensive experience in the tradefair and events sector. Known for his leadership in building organizations from the ground up, he has been instrumental in driving strategic expansion, corporate partnerships, and governance frameworks. His insights into international markets, coupled with his entrepreneurial approach, play a crucial role in shaping the company’s long-term vision.
Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mohannadi – Director
Mr. Al Mohannadi brings with him vast experience from Qatar’s oil and gas sector, having served in key positions within Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QatarEnergy), the state-owned petroleum giant of Qatar. With a strong background in technical services, logistics, and global operations, he provides invaluable expertise in aligning the company’s aviation and charter services with international safety and service benchmarks. His presence on the Board strengthens the company’s global credibility and international network.
Mr. Prakash Nayak – Director & CTO
Mr. Nayak is a seasoned finance and corporate strategy professional, with decades of experience in managing financial operations and corporate governance across diverse industries. His expertise in financial structuring, risk management, and compliance ensures robust corporate practices. He plays a key role in aligning the company’s financial health with its ambitious growth strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable expansion.

UHPL is the only Company to have executed an Overseas Contract for operating outside the Country (South East Asia – Cambodia and Indonesia) for off-shore logistic support service.
